Frequently Asked Questions
Every fine art print, greeting card, and stationery item in the Mariflo Designs shop is printed by hand in my home studio in London using professional-grade archival inks and fine art paper — the same quality I use for my exhibitions and markets. Nothing is outsourced or mass produced.
Orders are dispatched on a weekly or fortnightly basis. I travel periodically to care for a family member, which may occasionally affect dispatch times, but I will always send you a shipping notification as soon as your order is on its way. If you have a specific deadline, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Since orders are printed and dispatched in weekly or fortnightly batches, there is often a window where I can help — just reach out via the contact form and I’ll do my best.
